Tough guy with a huge gun. Where do these dangerous people come from? Surely they weren't born recently (well, some dangerous kids were). The other dangerous folks are at least almost two decades old; thus, they're old enough to have been vigilant around.

​What I think is happening, people do notice socialpathic tendencies. 

What I know about this type of socialpath:

1. They care a great deal about themselves and hardly ever talk about anyone else.

2. They talk about negative subjects all the time and are rarely happy.

3. They have few friends and even fewer close loved ones.

4. They have a dangerous vibe or aura. E.g., when they talk about something that's angered them, they have a look, in their eyes, that could kill. It's a very ominous look. You just know they're about to do something very wrong and even harmful to someone.

5. They stalk people who've told them 'point blank' to stop doing that. At this moment, it is too late for whomever he or she is stalking... Someone will die or become severally injured and emotionally traumatized for the rest of his or her life.

Most of us have known or met quite a few of these individuals (I do not like to refer to murderers as humans but rabid animals). Oh, you may not have known, at the time, that they were socialpaths because many of them are highly intelligent and can mask many of their 'sp' traits.

Try this the next time you suspect that you're in the presence of one of them,  "Take a mental note - does he talk about his self nonstop? Or, does she go on and on about her problems and you feel drained having listened to her yet again - despite the fact that you came to her for advice about your dire problem? No matter what, you can't get a word in edge-wise? Does this person talk a lot about revenge or worse, do they say things like, "I could just kill that 'SOB',"- particularly over something minor? 

The chances are, you might be staring into the face of a potential socialpathic killer. 

I could be wrong judging by my own experiences. So, let's ask the experts...

- Glibness and Superficial Charm

- Manipulative and Conning 

• - They do not recognize the rights of others and see their self-serving behaviors as permissible.
• They appear to be charming, yet are covertly hostile and domineering, seeing their victim as merely an instrument to be used. They may dominate and humiliate their victims. 
  
  
• - Grandiose Sense of Self 
  Feels entitled to certain things as "their right." 
  
  
• - Pathological Lying 
  Has no problem lying coolly and easily and it is almost impossible for them to be truthful on a consistent basis. Can create, and get caught up in, a complex belief about their own powers and abilities. Extremely convincing and even able to pass lie detector tests. 
  
  
• - Lack of Remorse, Shame or Guilt 
  A deep seated rage, which is split off and repressed, is at their core. Does not see others around them as people, but only as targets and opportunities. Instead of friends, they have victims and accomplices who end up as victims. The end always justifies the means and they let nothing stand in their way. 
  
  
• - Shallow Emotions 
  When they show what seems to be warmth, joy, love and compassion it is more feigned than experienced and serves an ulterior motive. Outraged by insignificant matters, yet remaining unmoved and cold by what would upset a normal person. Since they are not genuine, neither are their promises.

Some, if not all, of these traits are pronounced in T.Smith, the killer in this murderous plot. For example, a witness (half sister of one of the victims) wasn't at the scene of the shooting, but who knows him, said that he used to obsessively talk about guns "All the time". She told Tribune, "... his main interests were "guns and guns and guns and shooting and beer and rolling cigarettes." “He would leave her stuff on her car,” Kolarik told WPXI. “She'd get done with work and she'd come out and there would be a case of beer on her hood or scratch-off tickets or anything. If he found out she was sick, he'd bring her flowers.”" Basically, he stalked Cline until he killed her.

Sadly, the experts can't tell us how to rid society of these horrid creatures, menaces to society, degenerate socialpaths...
