1) All Listen & Study Services’ Customers, by utilizing Listen & Study Services or affiliate products and services, you are acknowledging your personal and legal responsibility for your private use/misuse of any Listen & Study Services products or services such as, passwords - do not give your password to someone, because we are not responsible for any damage this may cause you.
 
2) All Listen & Study Services Customers, by utilizing Listen & Study Services products and services, you are acknowledging your personal and legal responsibility for your private use of any Listen & Study Services products or services and agree not to upload copyrighted material to this site or affiliate sites.  
 
3) All Listen & Study Services Customer, by utilizing our products and services, you are acknowledging ownership of text or other material(s) that you (A Listen & Study Services Customer) have uploaded and requested a recording(s) or reading(s) of. Free Trials include a free recording - except Book Review Sessions. Note: No recording of Book Review Sessions - That would be copy-right infringement. In-person private  Drill Me Sessions such as, Book Readings are conducted in public facilities only - You must show a valid state ID  or Driver's License; which must (for safety reasons) be verified before your Session begins. *Language Review Services by L&SS Representatives are subject to their availability. No sexually explicit books, other material(s),videos, nor other sexually explicit content would be allowed at any time on or in Listen & Study Services website(s) or other services. ​We reserve the right to deny any book! Read US government code 230. 
 
Drill Session Disclaimer regarding School Exam Prep Projects with an L&SS Representative: (Disclaimer #1: Listen & Study Services is not a licensed educational facility). Additionally, we cannot promise you a passing grade! 

                                (Disclaimer #2: There isn't any way for us (L&SS) to know the exact or current SAT or similar test's current                                  questions.) Additionally, you must be 18 years old, and/or of legal age in your country, to purchase a Drill                                    Me Session or any purchase on L&SS's web site.

Disclaimer: L&SS Customers, all our Business Management Services are good only for 1 hour/day Monday-Friday and must not exceed 10 hours/month. L&SS reserves the right to reschedule your hour of website development, editing, etc... If 10 hours are exceeded, you may purchase another package at full price unless you have an L&SS Subscription Membership, in which case, you purchase another package at half-off the current price. Request an half-off code to be emailed to your email on file.

Listen & Study Services Return & Reimbursement Policy requires All matters of financial reimbursement issues to go through Weebly/Square.

Special Case Returns:
 
                                           All Customers shall receive a return
                                           if they made a purchase but have not

                                           If the above mentioned statement is
                                           the case, once Weebly/Square contacts us

                      You'll receive a full-refund for up to 5 work days of our Ad Space use! Inappropriate Ads

Subscriber Member is entitled to the following services at no extra cost: An L&SS Drill Session (Drill Session Policy) (includes a 1 to 5-page Typing Project = 1 of any type – includes up to 15 minutes research time total = 1 hour maximum stretched out 12 months or one month depending on your Typing Project). No exceptions to this rule! You have a 15-minute non-exhaustive Personalized Research Project(s) (Good for blog posts or ad copy) – Not to exceed 1 year from membership purchase! After your Drill Session(s) – Not to exceed 1 year, Subscriber Members are discounted at half off our current rates. *Drill Me Sessions (General and School Prep): These L&SS services come with a '15 minute Free Trial (That's 1 hour (Or, Two 30 minute sessions) and 15 minutes total for $120.00) on your first purchase. Not to exceed 10 hours per month nor One year.
L&SS 'Subscriber Members' packages include this service as well as many more perks.

*Subscriber Members are discounted at half-off our current rates after one year of paid subscription of which you've exhausted your allowed service. Request an 'Half - Off Code' be sent to your email address on file.
