Listen & Study Services Commentary:
Today's commentary isn't about the fact that the Moscow, Idaho university murders that took place a few days ago. What we are going to write about is to shed light on one of the murdered victim's father and his valuable input into his daughter's case. He, understandably, is distraught and wants to help solve is daughter's murder.
In his grief he took a mental look at possible ways the killer could have gotten into the home and upstairs on the 3rd floor. I agree with what he wrote. He said that he thinks the killer(s) used a grassy area that's sort of a hill right next to the 2nd floor balcony, walked upstairs and into the bedrooms where his daughter and her roommates slept! There he targeted one or more of them.
I agree with this father, but my theory differs a little since I added more details. The following is my theory:
Most killers do a thorough check for witnesses, including the bottom floor. (I think he knew there were others down stairs but didn't care - He quietly murdered the victims upstairs on the 3rd floor but got rid of all witnesses of his crime. Maybe he's been watching them go about their nightly routines just outside their windows (many people don't cover upstairs windows). Also, he was probably stalking them and waiting for the right time to strike; which is a bit like the behavior of many murderous Incels. It doesn't seem like some random guy decided one day to be clever enough, all of a sudden, to kill people and make a clean enough get-away that he has not been caught already. Yes, he planned it.
Incel (/ˈɪnsɛl/ IN-sel; an abbreviation of "involuntary celibate"[1]), or sometimes incels, is an ideology,[2] an online subculture,[3] an identity,[4] an online community,[3][5] and/or a movement[3] characterized by public displays of sexual and/or romantic frustration. Some discussions in incel forums are characterized by hatred, misogyny, misanthropy, self-pity and self-loathing, racism, a sense of entitlement to sex, and the endorsement of violence against women and sexually active people.[17] During 2018, the American Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) described the incel community as "part of the online male supremacist ecosystem" that is included in their list of hate groups
