It's been a while since I've watched a good take-down of a would-be thief! This video is the most awesome one out of all these types of videos. 

A guy walks up to a stranger all nonchalant and acts like he's just walking through the dining area only then he rushed in to snatch the man's wallet and phone but wind up getting karma when a hero rushes in with some sweet and swift 'Street Justice'! Hahaha, it doesn't get any better than this!

Resident got a handgun and exchanged fire with robber.

Robber has died and the resident was shot too.
