I've have to ask this question, "Why has another zookeeper lost her life?" Why? Have human beings not advanced enough to stop this from happening? 

Another wild cat escaped from this very zoo in 2008; thankfully, the cat did not injure the 9-year-old child who found it.

I have one more question, "Do these zoos really want customers?" It certainly seems like they're striving to turn people off from zoos. 

Most, if not all zoos, are there to rescue wild animals, many of which, who cannot be returned back into the wild. So that's why I visit zoos from time-to-time! Personally though, the last zoo I visited mad me feel sad because many of the animals looked sad! :( Quite a few of them didn't look like they had enough space to run and thus, they looked cramped.

Back to this poor woman who was doing her job (she probably loved animals and so she was doing what she loved when she was killed). Whatever the reason was that the tiger went into the enclosure with the zookeeper, how could zoo authorities call it a 'freak accident'. What I mean to say is, 'How can such a fatal accident occur again at any zoo? Zoos should always have two or three or more ways to secure their employees while they're inside enclosures!!

I'm sad to have to say this, this will not be the last avoidable zoo related death because zoos have clearly demonstrated to the world that they cannot stop animals from killing their staff!
