Where to start with this case? What should be abundantly obvious to everyone reading this tragic story is that the baby was left crying for a long time. 

In my logic, here you have a little girl trying to console a very irritated baby to no avail. For those of you who know how a crying baby, especially the ones who are in pain or hungry, can make you nervous because you haven't found out what's making him cry so much. Can you imagine how trouble this little girl became when she couldn't stop him from crying! 

They sent this child to the hospital for mental evaluation to see if they could determine her level of understanding of what she did to the baby being wrong. They wanted to know if the girl killed the baby on purpose or was it an accident.

As I've mentioned in prior paragraphs above, I think the girl became frantic and attacked the baby by biting and hitting him after she couldn't get him to be quiet because it was making her a nervous wreck. These are just my thoughts on the matter! 

We shall find out shortly or in no time, hopefully, after this case goes to court. There is a 5-year-old who witnessed the whole ordeal. I'm sure she will blow this case out of the water and the providers will be held liable in this baby's death.

Besides, what are they going to do with an 8-year-old child, put her in Juvenile Detention? I don't think so! The daycare providers, where the baby died, will be prosecuted and there's a strong likelihood they may even serve time in prison for child neglect/endangerment and wrongful death!

Forget what I said about the little girl not being charged for murder :(! I just went to search online for other incidents like this tragic one. I came across another 8-year-old who killed a 1-year-old baby girl (well, toddler) when their mothers went out clubbing and left them home alone. The boy killed her when she wouldn't stop crying.

This is just sad, sad, sad all around. 

My thoughts and prayers go out to this little baby's family for their loss.
