Surveillance footage captured the whole ordeal where a passenger whose name is, 'Edward Foster' appearing to follow an American Airline pilot (his name was not disclosed) around taking pictures of the pilot's luggage with a cellphone all the while proclaiming that the pilot was taking up too much space on the plane with his luggage. The pilot is shown protesting Foster's persistent nagging.
According to this Airport's staff, the footage then shows Foster physically assaulting the pilot right after the pilot blocked his attempts to take a picture of his badge. The attached Yahoo news article states that the pilot knocked the cellphone out of Foster's hand leading Foster to grab the pilot's shoulders' and push him backwards causing the pilot to fall over his own luggage.
Does this guy think that we (the public) will be sympathetic to his blatant contempt for U.S. Law? No citizen has the right to harass another one. What he did was a clear cut case of vicious harassment.
I wonder if Foster went crazy on this pilot because he thought of a way to get a settlement payout from the airline for some frivolous lawsuit. He probably had Dr. Dao and United Airlines' incident in mind! Boy is he in for a surprise; the tables have turned on him. The jig is up. He has to go to court, in May, to see how the court will punish his outrageous criminal behavior towards the pilot.
