According to Fox 8 news, a man had the audacity to crawl through a doggy door in a residential neighborhood.
The more things change, the more they stay the same. I'm not even shocked any more; well, I'm not completely surprised at the burglar. Also, something about what he did rings a bell. I think, even though I never had a big enough dog to let her go outside alone, I've wondered if a human could crawl through a dog or cat door. Since I never heard any news about such things, I've always dismissed those thoughts. Then, I'd only revisit them again when a news story came on about a snake or raccoon that used one of those pet doors.
So this guy takes off his jacket or outer shirt and climbs into an unsuspecting homeowner's home through her dog's doggy door. The homeowner took immediate action at the thought that her dog was sitting right beside her, she knew it was an intruder, she had to stop that person. That's just what she did. She sprang into action! Armed with her guard dog poodle and her confident physical protection skills, they confronted the home invader sending him running for the hills.
Now, lets discuss the reality of dog/cat doors. They seem to be more of a problem for pet owners than a help to them.
