California: The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is investigating after a mysterious, ape-like creature that a man, while on his lunch break, named 'Jake Gardiner' took footage of on his cellphone. The footage isn't very clear.

I noticed that the journalist reporting this news story didn't seem to worried and even light hearted about this animal like being. As a matter of fact, he seems to smile quite a bit throughout the broadcast. 

Yet, I see nothing remotely funny about this story. It is rather scary and unnerving to think that that animal could have hurt Gardiner and now, it is still out there in the woods somewhere possibly waiting to attack some unsuspecting victim.
