Judging from the snapshot of this article, the person gracing it while holding a bazooka gun looks female and scary to behold. I swallowed hard at the sight of him or her. If, or when, you visit this website 'theburningplatform.com' article, you’ll see images of two people who are being held responsible for threatening to bring down the Baltimore Power Gird, on the Leftt: Brandon Clint Russell; Right: Sarah Beth Clendaniel. The person on the right, 'Sarah B. Clendaniel' has the same menacingly-looking eyes as the person in the image holding the bazooka gun.
I will not write about how cowardly these two are for wanting to harm innocent people, you already know this.
He (Russel) allegedly said, "The attack on more than one electrical substation would unleash a “cascading failure” that would plunge the city [of Baltimore] into darkness!" If they had succeeded in their plot, many people would freeze or become ill after enduring temps in 30 and forty-degree lows.
In 2018, Russel was in the news after his Muslim roommate killed two other roommates he said picked on him because of his religion.
Russel and Clendaniel are neo nazis and picked the City of Baltimore where 60+ percent of the population belongs to African Americans. So, you can see the connection or how all of their plans tie together.
I know that should an Nuclear Electromagnitic (NEMP) hit the power grid, it will put the grid out of commission and a host of other problems. This is what I read here:

Nuclear electromagnetic pulse (NEMP)

The explosion releases a blast of gamma rays into the mid-stratosphere, which ionizes as a secondary effect and the resultant energetic free electrons interact with the Earth's magnetic field to produce a much stronger EMP than is normally produced in the denser air at lower altitudes.

I'm guessing from reading this Wikipedia quote above, those plotting to shoot up the power grid are wasting their time since gun powder will only cause repairable damage to the grid. So, don't play with guns kiddies!
