The question I would ask this so-called mother is not why she played a part in her son's death, I want to know what she and the others were doing prior to torturing and killing him. 

Many people ask themselves how could a mother do something so cruel to her son? My answer to that is, a mother who is either innately evil or high on illicit drugs. I dare not mention the possibility of mental illness because that has nothing at all to do with this tragic story. 

Some people responding in the Yahoo comment section agree with my train of thought on this subject matter. Many are judging a book 'by-its-cover' sorta speak. They are saying that they both look like drug addicts and the man looks like a prisoner with that tattoo on his neck. 

I stand with those who've said, in so many words, that their outer appearance is irrelevant. I feel this way because the way they look doesn't in fact tell us the more important details of this slaying. What I mean is, a person's neck tattoo doesn't in any way mean that they are cold-blooded killers. What we need are the facts; which is something this NYPost article is lacking. 

Yes, we know that 'Jeremiah' was tortured and died from his injuries, but, we do not know what lead up to his killing. For example, were the people involved in this case drinking and were drunk and then they went to far in disciplining the teen? Were they high on meth, crack, etc., and were hallucinating and saw the child as a threat and decided to torture him? What the heck happened in that home? We want to know.

I sure hope we'll get answers soon. Until then, be safe and love your family and friends.
