You can't overcook mushrooms

Seriously? 

Oh don't tell me that! Lolssss. I can't overcook mushrooms? And, I learned something else knew, mushrooms aren't vegetables. 

The latter part of the above sentence is a little disturbing! All of these years I thought of mushrooms as vegetables and ate them with gusto. Come to think of it, I wondered why the university cafe used mushrooms to replace meet and only took one dollar off the cost of my veggie wrap!

Darn technicalities! Now I do love mushrooms, but to charge me as if I were eating meet! Shoot shoot shoot! Not fair hahaha!
