This story made my day! If you do not watch any other videos today, be sure you watch this one. It will have your heart racing with anticipation as you ride along with the officer, the babe, and his mom to the hospital. 

You already know that the baby lived, but you simply have to see the whole story unfold. It is 'Hold-your-breath' worthy. I cried - I'm a parent. All of you parents can and will relate to this mom just like I did, I'm sure. 

Dashcam footage from Jeremie Nix’s police car shows the moment the baby’s mother, Nechole Crowell, flagged him down at an intersection in Ocala, Florida.

The mom waved/signaled to the officer from the cross traffic right turn lane. The officer was in the cross center left turn lane when he noticed the mom's hazard lights and her and her passenger waving him down. The little one who's name is 'Kingston' was unresponsive and so deputy, k-9 Deputy Jeremie Nix began infant CPR on him. He was unsuccessful at getting him to start breathing, so he called in to the dispatcher to let them know that he personally was driving the baby to the ER - Maybe he thought the baby couldn't wait any longer for the ambulance to come.

We need to see more good stories like this involving law enforcement; there are so many good ones out in each and every community nationwide. We do hear about those heroes, but we need to see actual footage like this one. It truly is one of thee best ones ever posted to social media. These types of videos are what's needed to mend and bridge communities together.                  

His heroics saved baby Kingston's life and made a mother forever grateful to him (Deputy Nix).
