Listen & Study Services' Commentary:

I am just now writing a commentary (February 19, 2022 since I found it was blank).This incident was not an auspicious time nor place to be racing, if in fact that person was racing! However, maybe he or she was not racing at all but had brake-failure and lost control of the vehicle.

While I hope that person survived, I have to admit, I was glued to the video out of shear shock at the super velocity at which the car was travelling. I wanted the person driving it (the speeding car) to clear its area and stop without crashing into anything. I am so sad that didn't happen.
