What an awesome person this man is, he doesn't want to take away any credit for apprehending those two escaped dangerous criminals. I guess adrenaline and the fact that his daughter inside made him react quickly to 'literally' 'take them down to the ground'. 

Yes sir, he had those two guys laying there waiting for law enforcement to pick and haul the b*tts off to prison once again, where they belong. You know, they made the right decision not to challenge this father and attack him (an armed man).
