Funny how the brain works so mysteriously at times that even baffle scientist and biologist. What a fun but odd thing to wake up out of a coma with the ability to automatically and fluently speak another language. This teen is so lucky!

Not to freak you all out or something, "But it's almost like he stepped into another dimension!" If you believe in that sort of thing, which I don't!

I wonder if he took a Spanish class at some point in his education and then the soccer accident triggered some switch in his brain that caused him to recall all that he'd learned!

This actual condition is called:​

Bilingual aphasia

Did you know that people waking up from a coma speaking a foreign language is an actual thing? Yeah, it’s true. ​While I think it sounds fantastic that he obtained, how-be-it, a temporary gift, the way he got it was most unfortunate and extremely dangerous, yet unavoidable too. And, I would not want to go through that to get the gift he received after the injury.

Oh well, I can still practice and become fluent on my own.
