Only twenty days into the new year, and thieves have gotten even more brazen and have stooped to shoot outs with their victims. What's next, burglars will rob at gun point in broad daylight! Just when you think you've seen and heard it all about how evil people pull off home-invasions and have shot and killed the home's occupants, someone else comes up with a more sinister way of robbing people at their homes. 

With this group of thugs, they met their match in the form of a vigilant home owner who was ready for them with gun locked and loaded. Now, that's what I'm talking about. It's too bad that they weren't spanked ten times worse than just getting return fire.

The sad thing is, "The fact that their dirty deed was thwarted, isn't going to detour copy-cats who think they'll succeed where these idiots left off!"

The good news is, "The fools were stopped dead in their tracks!" I feel sorry for the residents in this home though for having to go through such a scary ordeal. This person would have had to live with the thoughts of shooting another or other human beings, forever, but that would have been the robbers' fault if that had happened.
