MINDANAO, Philippines: President Rodrigo Duterte really should bring the person who keeps saying horrible things about him, making him look like a monster, to justice. 

Oh wait! Duterte is really saying all of those horrific things about human beings who reside in his country! 

If you can recall a few months back when Duterte told the world that he was, in so many words, "Happy that he ordered drug addicts in the Philippines to be killed!" Filipino police and military personnel shot thousands of addicts because they had supposedly all attacked law enforcement first!

Now this tyrannical leader has bellowed out another of his arduous speeches to which he's joyfully shared with his constituents once again. The difference with this latest speech and the last one about 'the war on drug and killing drug addicts' is that it is Duterte giving his military personnel free reign to rape women while upholding 'Martial Law' on Mindanao Island to combat militants linked to ISIS, this Huffpost article reads. "That attitude is outrageously racist and sexist!" I say this because he is more than likely talking about the rape of Muslim women who are located wherever they find ISIS militants.

According to Huffpost, Duterte had the following to say about rape:

​“If you go down, I go down. I and I alone will be responsible.” He added: “Just do your job. I will take care of the rest. I will go to jail for you. If you rape three, I will admit it.” He also said: “You can arrest any person, search any house.” (Huffpost)

​I am shocked once again that this man has the audacity to tell the world what crimes to humanity he will be carrying out or order to be carried out even if he has to go to prison after doing so! I read, in this Huffpost article that Duterte bragged about the rape of an Australian missionary- he joked that he'd have happily joined in in raping her if he had known about it.

President Trump recently congratulated Duterte for his murderous war on drugs — We wait to hear what he'll have to say about Duterte's latest verbal sexual predator threats!
