Jerk Beats (with a shovel) and Strangles 'HIS' dog nearly to death and then places him into a garbage bag, his neighbor says. 

Looks like an alcoholic judging by his disheveled appearance. Am I wrong for judging a book by its cover? Well, for those of you who think so, here's another so-called cliche, "If it looks, quacks, and walks (or acts) like a duck, it's a duck" Okay! Hahahaha!

All kidding aside, this is a serious matter! I mean, I've totally lost count as to how many people, from all walks of life, who have been busted for animal cruelty. There have been men (and women) like this guy and your common hoodrats who've made money when they used pitbulls to fight one another to the death - This later practice is still being done but isn't as popular as it used to be (at least it's this way in the US).

Yeah, kind of makes those of you, who are like myself, want to show this animal abuser what it's like to be hit, choked, and suffocated. Am I right? We could take turns and- accomplish our goal in no time at all! This man would never lay a hand on another animal for the rest of his life!!!

But seriously, I know animal rights laws are not steep enough and thus, you have people, like this fool, abusing animals for sport and getting little jail (a Class A misdemeanor - could get him up to a year in prison - but most people don't get that long) time and miniscule fines for doing so. Those jail sentences and fines vary from state-to-state: 

​A Class A Misdemeanor is the most serious type of misdemeanor charge; the sentence for a class A misdemeanor can include up to 364 days in jail and / or a fine of up to $2,500. Examples of crimes that would be Class A Misdemeanors are as follows:

• Aggravated Assault.
• Damage to Property.

Here's hoping this subhuman gets a maximum fine and jail sentence in memory of this sweet German Shepherd he murdered in cold blood (he wounded him so bad, the poor dog couldn't be saved and had to euthanized).  
 
There are no telling how many of these monsters are in the world. We just need to make sure they pay for their evil ways 'PRONTO'!
