Jorge Enrique-Maza, a.k.a Julio Ramirez-Sarmiento, 26, is a suspect in an ongoing investigation where he allegedly convinced a lost six-year-old child to follow him. He then lead this little girl to a parking lot in the Panorama City shopping center where a year ago, he, according to the Los Angeles Police Department, sexually assaulted her behind recycling bins.
"He was booked on suspicion of kidnapping to commit a lewd act upon a child. He’s being held on $1 million bail, police said." LAPD said.
And some people get angry with strict parents. I say, "Good for you strict parents!"
Child asked her parent... "Can I go outside and play?"
Parent responds... "Yes love, go ahead, I'll be right behind you in no time flat!"
Shopping Mall Scene:
Child asked his parent... "Can I go to the toy aisle?"
Parent responds... "Yes love, let's go over there but only for a few minutes."
***Remember, you're the parent!
