While this is yet another tragic story of a child who's killed himself after being bullied (mental bullying is still bullying).

Tyson Benz, was only 11-years-old at the time he fell for a trick that was played on him, his mother told authorities. 

The reason Tyson committed suicide is because he found out on social media that his girlfriend had committed suicide; however, that information was fake.

Since this story reminds me a little of the fictional characters, "Romeo and Juliet", I don't think there is much anyone can do stop this tragedy from reoccurring. Tyson's mother is taking those children responsible for the practical joke gone astray to court.

Next, I guess she's expecting the judge to grant a wrongful death lawsuit. Unfortunately for her, I don't think she'll win this case because her son's friends didn't kill him nor was he under duress. 

Yeah, the only way to stop all children from committing suicide is to keep them away from other children, indoors, and never let them online. In this day and age, doing that would surely backfire on you and cause them to want to kill themselves too because they'll be isolated from their peers!

No sir, we can't put an invisible shield around our children, we can only talk to them and maybe a counselor should they need one (this still won't guarantee they won't resort to suicide).
