Let's take a look at how this preventative tragedy played out: The father, 'Eric Hummel' started off showing a gun to his two young male children - telling them to never play with a gun because "... [a gun] can kill someone." Moments later, in walks his 9-year-old daughter whose eyes (I'm guessing about this) widened with surprise to see her 'Dad' point a gun in her direction!
The thing is, the boys (once again, I'm speculating) too had their eyes wide open with shock to see their 'Dad' - who just warned them about playing with guns, turn around and play with a gun!!!
Uh, "He's guilty of more than child endangerment, he's guilty of murder!" And, not just any murder, he's guilty of 'First Degree Cold Blooded Calculated Murder' - Lock him up and throw the key away!
He has the nerve to do a mugshot with a look of, 'It was an accident' on his face!
Now his poor boys have no father, who apparently was all they had to raise them - this KTLA news article didn't mention their mother's whereabouts.
