BIZARRE Markings On Fish

PHILIPPINES: Local fishermen hook two of the same type of fish, but soon realized something was very odd about one of them. 

After studying the fish and pondering what the tattoo like markings could possibly be, they finally decided that there really wasn't any explanation for the markings. As you can see for yourself, from the image above, the markings range from simple art too detailed. There is a 'Coat of Arms' letterings, amongst other notable detail. 

I watched the video a few times and wondered if the scares located on top of the tattoos could be used as proof that they fishermen didn't put the tattoos there! And, maybe my next comment might not have anything to do with this freaky discovery, but why does the tattooed fish have an huge gash near its tailfin? 

I sure hope we hear more soon about this bizarre fish.

P.S., read the comment section in this video, I did and one of them had a very interesting theory. That person suggested that the fish was caught and tattooed and released back into the ocean. What do you think about this comment? I think I will go with this person's guess as to why this fish is as it is.
