My response to a man who commented on this video:
All women of African descent can't be all alike, because that would mean all women of Caucasian, Indigenous, and Asian women are exactly alike!
The only effect I see of being a woman of African descent is the fact that men would rather sleep with many of us, but we're not good enough to marry! This is a sad but true statement I'm making! I married and divorced young (Divorce: that was a good choice on my part) > He was a drunk! But I haven't gotten married again!
I'm mild-tempered and never go ghetto on anyone! However, I've been accused of being this way just because I am a woman of African descent! Who are my accusers you might ask? They are mostly men of African descent! I just look at them funny or fearfully - For Example, I fell asleep on the public bus and the bus driver came and yelled loudly in my face and banged his hands on the seat in front of me to wake me up!
I say hello to every bus driver male, female, race, etc... Yet, most of the AA male drivers are so rude to me... and do not respond! I still have not gotten used to this mistreatment! That's why I think I haven't started dating again! I haven't dated in 3 years! My last boyfriend was from Africa (he looks Creole like my family) but he play-slapped me in the face to where I felt a sting!
I guess he doesn't realize that Americans (most of us) won't tolerate setup or prep behavior!
Anyways, I wrote this long comment (My longest comment ever) to try to get those of you who keep putting all of us "Black Women" into one pot, to stop doing that since we're human beings and all humans are different!
