This young lady, a former Italian model, named Gessica Norada, 27 is so courageous. After her ex-boyfriend, she alleges, poured acid on her face, she almost lost her sight and her singing voice.
She told her story about the day he (her ex) poured the acid on her face. She was able to spit out the small amount that got in her mouth, in spite of her shocked state of mind, saving her voice.
"If I can't have you, no one else will want you once I mess up your face by pouring acid all over it!"

This trend seems to be some kind of rallying cry for literally thousands of ex-boyfriends, I would include ex-girlfriends in my comment, but there aren't any where near the huge number of female statistics, around the world, as there are for male ones who've committed this type of crime.
However, I did find about three females who poured acid on their male partners. One of them was a teen who poured acid on her boyfriend's genitals after he recorded him and her having sexual intercourse and then broadcast it on social media. Another woman did committed this crime because she saw doing this as a love potion !?!
