Sorry to say, but this guy looks like he has mental issues going on! I am not saying this simply because of the smirk on his face either! I am talking about the shape of his noggin! My wildest guess is that he has some type of brain damage.
Now, of course I could be wrong about him having brain damage (particularly, it looks like he has damage to his frontal lobe- which has nothing to do with the point at the top of his head, but it might)!
I've read that people with damage to the frontal lobe tend to act violently, at times, just like this man did when he attacked that elderly woman and her dog!
However, if you think that I don't know what I'm talking about, please share, with us, your thoughts on the matter!
